Gary Shepard started Frontier Siding & Windows in 1976 after he noticed a need for an exterior home improvement company in the Ponca City area. He brought with him years of knowledge and experience which he gained while working in a family business in Enid, Oklahoma. Now, after more than 35 years, Frontier Siding and Window remains a family business, owned and managed by Gary and his three sons, Mark, Jason, and Ryan. Frontier has grown into the largest exterior remodeler in North Central Oklahoma with offices, showrooms, and warehouses in both Ponca City and Stillwater.
Gary grew up on a dairy farm north of Enid, Ok. He is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1965-1968. Gary developed an interest for the home improvement industry while working with a family business in his youth. He started Frontier Siding and Window in 1976. Gary is married to Nancy and has three sons: Mark, Jason, and Ryan and one daughter, Ann Jackson.

Jason grew up in Ponca City and is a 1993 graduate of Ponca City High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1999. He manages our Stillwater location and has more than 22 years of experience in sales and installation.
Ryan was born and raised in Ponca City, graduating from Ponca City High School in 2002. He is married to Meredith and has lived in Stillwater since 2006. Having grown up in the home improvement business, Ryan has many years of valuable knowledge and experience to offer our customers.
